Terms of Service

Sentra performs passive analysis of the security posture of domains you verify as your own, computes a score, generates reports and alerts you to changes. The Service observes public information (HTTP headers, TLS, DNS, certificate transparency) and does not run intrusive tests or exploit vulnerabilities.

You may only audit domains you own or are explicitly authorized to audit, and you must complete DNS verification before scanning.

Using Sentra to audit third-party systems without permission, bypass their access controls, or for any illegal purpose is prohibited. You are responsible for your use of the Service and for the authorizations you claim to hold.

The CV generator is an assistance tool: it tailors your resume to a job posting using artificial intelligence, based on the information you provide. It does NOT guarantee getting a job nor the absolute accuracy of the generated text — you are responsible for reviewing and correcting the CV before using it.

You may only enter personal data that is yours or that you are authorized to use. Do not upload third-party postings or data that infringe copyright or confidentiality. The generated content is for your personal use in recruitment processes.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for your organization's activity, including members you invite and the roles you assign them.

The free plan requires no payment. The Pro plan costs USD 10 per month and includes Sentra (security), Sentra CV AI and the Academy. It is a MONTHLY subscription that renews each period unless you cancel; to keep Pro access the payment for each renewal must be made.

Payments are made by card through PayPhone, or via verified manual payment (De Una / bank transfer to Banco Pichincha). The card payment form is hosted by the provider: we do NOT store your card details.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. As this is a digital service with immediate access, all payments are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part, including unused time if you cancel before the period ends. By paying, you expressly accept this no-refund policy.

You may cancel renewal at any time from your panel. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the period already paid and it will not renew afterwards; cancellation does not generate a refund for the current period.

The Service, its code, brand and content belong to the operator. The reports and data you generate about your own domains are yours; we grant you a license to use the Service, not ownership of it.

The Service is provided "as is". Sentra helps identify publicly observable configuration weaknesses, but does NOT guarantee detection of all vulnerabilities and does not replace a professional security audit or penetration test.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, especially unauthorized scanning. You may cancel your subscription or account at any time from your panel; when you cancel you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period and there are no refunds (see the payments section).

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after the update means you accept it.
